Come and join other carers for a relaxing, informal walk in Eastbourne with a café stop.  Meet outside Eastbourne Pier at 11am. Have a chat and some time for yourself, and we can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at a café.  Contact us to find out more and book a place.
