Our Carers Groups are a free, monthly walking group for carers of people with severe mental health issues. The group is social, relaxed and a place to meet with other carers, take a walk and have a chat. We can also stop for tea or coffee!

Various dates, times and locations in East Sussex are available including in: Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne, Uckfield, Lewes and Crowborough. Please contact us to find out more about these walking groups and to book a place.
