Would you like to access respite but not sure how to take the first step?

We need to chat to you! Thanks to a small grant from NHS Inequalities Fund we are working together with a Network of organisations supporting carers and comms professional to develop a small, local awareness raising campaign.

We are looking for carers who already access and benefit from respite, as well as carers who don’t but would like to. We need your views, help and experience to shape the campaign for other carers. Please help us make a difference.

Please join us at one of two discussion groups:

• Thursday 26th October, on-line, 7pm to 8.30pm on MS Teams
• Thursday 2nd Nov, face to face, 1pm to 3pm, at Uckfield Carers Centre (Victoria Pavilion)
