This year, family and friend carers are being given the opportunity to have their say at various carer engagement initiatives across Sussex. Unpaid, family and friend carers across Sussex were invited to take part in a series of discussion workshops in January 2021, so that carers could share their experiences of health and care during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We had a great response from carers who joined the focus groups in January 2021, and we are presenting and discussing these findings and recommendations,  and giving carers the opportunity to put questions directly to decision makers in health, at an online webinar on 24th March 2021, 2pm – 4pm.
