This is a carers groups for carers in East Sussex who prefer to meet up in the evening. Our Carers Information and Advice Group is free and held monthly online. It’s a relaxing and informal space for carers to take a break and get together. A speaker offers useful advice for carers such as housing, care and support available, finances and stress management.
