Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

37 hours per week (worked 9.00 am to 5.00 pm)

Salary £20,456 per annum
Fixed term contract to the end of September 2017, with scope for continuation

Are you looking for an interesting and varied role in a charity that makes a real difference to local people’s lives?

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the CEO.  You will need knowledge and experience of providing senior administrative support, excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.  Key responsibilities include coordinating, servicing and minuting meetings; supporting with email, written and formal written communications; managing the CEO’s diary and liaising with key partners.
