The new ‘Care to Chat’ service is intended to help reduce social isolation amongst carers.

A new service is now available to help carers who are feeling socially isolated make contact with other carers for friendship and support.  The carers can chat to each other on the telephone, through Skype, E-mail or letter writing.

Who is this service for?

This is a free service for any unpaid carer who feels socially isolated or lonely.  There are no eligibility criteria, and no assessment is required.
